I arrange a 30-45 minute call with the relevant person to go through a structured set of questions. I take care of all note-taking, so the conversation is simple and efficient. If clear written material already exists, we may not need an interview at all.

Confidentiality is standard. I never share your internal information or drafts. NDAs are no problem – many clients work this way.

You’ll receive a polished draft, which we refine together through one or two rounds of changes. My focus is always accuracy, clarity, and alignment with your tone.

If something has a particularly tight turnaround, please let me know so I can confirm availability before committing and you know exactly what to expect.

Note: retainer clients have priority.

Of course. As your needs grow or shift, we can review the level of support and adjust accordingly.

Projects are billed on completion. Retainers are billed monthly at the start of each month.
