Terms & Conditions

(for Website Copywriting Services)

These Terms & Conditions govern all services provided by Suirside Studio.

1. Services

Suirside Studio provides:

  • Website copywriting

  • Website auditing

  • Content writing

  • Related creative services

Scope is defined in each client proposal or agreement.

2. Client responsibilities

To ensure timely delivery, clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Supply feedback within agreed timelines

  • Respond to communication in a timely manner

Delays in communication may affect delivery timelines.

3. Payment terms

  • A deposit (typically 30–50%) may required to begin work

  • Remaining balance is due before final delivery unless agreed otherwise

  • Late payments may result in project delays

All fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

4. Revisions

  • Projects include a set number of revision rounds (defined in proposal)

  • Additional revisions may incur extra fees

  • Revisions do not include full rewrites or scope changes

5. Intellectual property

  • Final copy is transferred to the client upon full payment

  • Suirside Studio retains the right to showcase work in portfolio unless agreed otherwise

  • Drafts and unused concepts remain the property of Suirside Studio

6. Confidentiality

All client information and materials are treated as confidential and will not be shared without permission.

7. Results disclaimer

While copy is written using proven strategy and best practices, Suirside Studio does not guarantee specific results (e.g. sales, conversions, traffic).

8. Limitation of liability

Suirside Studio is not liable for:

  • Business outcomes resulting from use of the copy

  • Indirect or consequential losses

Total liability is limited to the amount paid for services.

9. Project termination

Either party may terminate a project in writing.

  • The client is responsible for payment for work completed up to that point

  • Deposits are non-refundable

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
